The pricing of our contracts is frozen on a stamp paper. Hence, the price remains stable in most of the scenarios. Only in exceptional situation where there is sudden spike in prices due to external circumstances, the price variation is to be paid by the client.

Yes, any variation (extra work according to the contract) in work at actual site would be chargeable and is to be paid by the client.
